The personal training program is designed on the basis of the athlete's personal data (including BIORHYTHMS) and consists of 4 weeks, 6 training days a week. Each workout includes a WARM-UP, MAIN PART and COOL DOWN — thus, you get a balanced experience in terms of volume and intensity.
Since doing too much or too little can be a real roadblock to success, this option includes weekly correction of the program based on the results of the previous week. In this case, the cover letter is written weekly taking into consideration the results of the previous week.
Our «You are the CHAMPION» option includes 5 "control" exercises per week in order to more precisely target your results and technique. These videos should be recorded and sent back to us for analysis. «You are the CHAMPION» program includes exclusive recommendations on recovery and sports nutrition. QUESTIONS/ANSWERS sessions are available throughout the week within these 4 weeks. Plus, at the end of the program, the athlete receives a certificate of completion!
